Cheese Dreams offers foods from Classic to Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Soups, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw and more. My grandmother used to make Grilled Cheese for all of the grandchildren. She called them cheese dreams ❤️. What made them so special was the love and attention to detail she put into each one she made. I couldn't think of a better way to honor the memory of her loving and caring nature. She never failed to put a smile on all of our faces.
One by one she sent us out the door all content with a smile and full bellies.

I was Army Infantry in the early 90s. I grew up loving to work with my hands and took a liking to carpentry, utilizing it as a means to support my family. Cooking and being outdoors in nature was always a way for me to unwind and appreciate the little things in life. I had a successful carpentry company (AJM Management LLC out of CT), one of five states I lived in throughout my life.
The time was so demanding of me. Sometimes I worked 12-18 hours a day 7 days a week for several months without a day off. The projects which included estimates, getting materials, set up and performing the work along with endless after hour requirements.I wasn't willing to be away from my loving wife and children for such long periods of time anymore.
I know in the beginning of my new adventure into food truck entrepreneurialism I will have to put in more time to grow a solid customer base and relationships. I'm more than willing to work hard to set a standard that stands out above all others.
I grew up with both sides of my family having Military backgrounds along with various first responders from Police & Firefighters to EMTs and more. I was fortunate to see and understand what can come from honesty and hard work through determination, dedication and attention to detail.
Nothing makes me happier than Putting a smile on another person's face. I will not pretend to know everything or have all the answers but I will always respect our customer’s opinions and concerns. After all our Company couldn't exist without all of you. I want you to know and feel you are appreciated every second you spend in our presence.
